Approved the permanent reduction of the fuel tax rate to $0.64 per gallon pursuant to the Customs (Additional Import Duty on Fuel) (Amendment) Order 2022.  

Approved additional funding for various capital projects in the Development Fund which was approved in the 1st Supplementary Appropriation (2024/2025), 2nd Supplementary Appropriation (2024/2025) and the 4th Supplementary Appropriation (2024/2025). 

Approved the extension of appointment of Mr. Miquel Swann as Chairman of the Procurement Board for a period of three (3) months, up to 30 June 2025.
