The Department of Trade, Industry, and Fair Competition will host its second annual National Trade Show, “Made in TCI” on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. at the Grace Bay Market in Grace Bay, Providenciales.
The "Made in TCI" National Trade Show is a recognition of the emerging wave of innovation within the Turks and Caicos Islands, aimed at raising awareness for Brand TCI. Our primary objective is to champion locally produced goods and services, encompassing handmade jewelry, beverages, leather goods, home items, arts and crafts, tobacco products, sauces, pastry, and more.
This event serves as an annual gathering, bringing together businesses from the Turks and Caicos Islands, highlighting the islands' entrepreneurial ingenuity and creative spirit. In a world of growing globalization, businesses are increasingly reaching out globally, paving the way for growth, success, and novel opportunities. Hence, our theme for this year, "Made in TCI... Unveiling Borderless Luxury," is designed to encourage local entrepreneurs to explore prospects for expansion beyond TCI borders after establishing a robust local presence. We anticipate the participation of around 50 businesses from across the Turks and Caicos Islands, showcasing the rich diversity and innovative prowess of our community.
