PRESS RELEASE: BUSINESS LICENCE ARREARS

The Revenue Department has concluded its Business Licence Renewal period on April 29^th 2016.

All businesses with business licensing arrears at that date will be issued notices of suspension and revocation as prescribed in Sections 10 & 11 of the Business Licence Ordinance. 

Business Licence Holders are reminded that a Business Licence is not transferrable and as such, the sale of a business or transfer of shares must be immediately followed up with a cancellation notice to the Revenue Department.  The new owners are required to acquire a new Business Licence through the application process.
