THE LAND REGISTRY’S ELECTRONIC ONLINE APPLICATION TRACKING SERVICE

The Land Registry is pleased to announce that customers can again access its electronic online application tracking service. This feature will enable customers to track online the progress of their applications that have been accepted for registration. Application tracking can be performed using several search criteria such as (a) date, (b) name, (c) Instrument Number, (d) Block and Parcel Numbers. Several applications can be viewed simultaneously. It can be accessed by going to: http://www.gov.tc/landregistry/index.php/products-and-services/application-tracking

The feature is an addition to the electronic land registration online system (ELROS). ELROS is a customer service initiative wherein employees of the Land Registry use an online database to assist in the registration of applications that are sent to the Land Registry.

The implementation of ELROS is an important component of the Land Registry’s overarching mission to strive for continuous improvement in processing, quality, efficiency and the meeting of customer needs.
