The public is hereby invited to Consultation Meetings to discuss:

The Amendments of Section 3.5.2 & Table 3.8  - Residential and Commercial Development Standards (Setbacks and Height Requirements)

In light of the recent amendments to the Setbacks and Height Requirements to accommodate 12 Story Development, the Department of Planning has prepared a proposal to establish more specific development standards in relation to buildings that exceed 7 stories and less than 12 stories in height.

Physical copies of the report containing the amendments can be viewed at the offices at the Department of Planning, Providenciales, Emily House, Leeward Highway and at South Base, Grand Turk.

The electronic copies can be accessed on the TCI Government website, www.gov.tc.

The public consultation meetings will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at the Conference Room, Department of Planning, Emily House, Providenciales and at the Conference Room, South Base, Grand Turk. at 5:30 p.m.
