The Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Tourism, Environment, Heritage, Culture & Gaming invites open tenders by qualified individuals or companies for the development and operation of the Sunset Cabana facility, Grand Turk. The successful bidder will renovate, manage and maintain the Sunset Cabana and bathroom facilities.
Tenders must be submitted by 9:00 AM on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 enclosed in a sealed envelope with the Tender Envelope Label attached firmly to the front of the envelope. Tenders are to be sent to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Environment, Culture and Heritage, The Harry Francis Building, Pond Street, Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos Islands.
