On January 27, 2016 His Excellency Peter Beckingham, Governor of the Turks and Caicos Islands, acting in his discretion
and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18(6) of the Elections Ordinance 2012 appointed the following persons to be
Elections Adjudicators for the Turks and Caicos Islands to ear all appeals from any decision of the Supervisor of Elections on a
Claim for Registration, or an Objection to Registration in respect of the Election of members of the House of Assembly at the
next general election.
