Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – Thursday, 16th April 2026: The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development, Investment, and Trade, wishes to advise the business community and the general public that the Business Licence E-Services Platform is now fully operational after brief unavailability on April 15th 2026.
Licensees can now resume submissions for their 2026 Business Licence Renewals and other applications via the portal. Any issues encountered should be immediately reported to the Inland Revenue Department via email to
IMPORTANT NOTICES
To facilitate a smooth renewal process, customers are reminded of the following requirements:

Registered companies must submit copies of their Directors Register, Members/Shareholders Register, Beneficial Owner Register, along with evidence of Good Standing from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) at the time of renewal. Any changes in particulars must be submitted in a separate notice.

Sole traders and partnerships are required to submit a valid Business Name Registration Certificate issued by the FSC (except where the business is self-named).
