ADDENDUM NO. 1: TENDER NOTICE: TR 17/26, Construction of New Primary School in Providenciales; Closing: Wednesday, 13 December 2017 9:00 A.M.
The information provided below are queries raised by potential tenderers and the responses provided:
Query No. 1:
What are the total number of teachers for the school?
Response:
It is anticipated that the school would have minimum of 27 teachers.
Query No. 2:
Would the stand-by generator provide back-up for the entire campus or only specific buildings and if specific buildings, which buildings?
Response:
Ideally, we would want to have the stand-by generator provide basic power to all the school. However, the block which would be dedicated to be used as a shelter, we would need to ensure that the stand-by generator is wired to power any AC unit which would be installed, even if it mean turning off the breaker to the other blocks.
Query No. 3:
Would the contractor be responsible to also supply the Smart-TV boards of just the wiring and termination boxes?
Response:
Yes, the smart-TV boards also, turn-key.
