Inter-Island School Visits

The HRC is actively engaged in educating the school children about human rights and routinely visits the various schools and speak to the children during general assembly. Students are taught the basic premise upon which human rights are built and that is that all persons are created equally and must be treated with respect and dignity.' We teach about peer pressure, bullying and encourage them to treat all persons as they would like to be treated. To date the TCIHRC has visited all Government Schools and have started its visits to the Private schools.
