Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, October 24, 2023 - After a perfect winning streak of seven games, the Marjorie Basden High School (MBHS) girls defeated the British West Indies Collegiate (BWIC) Girls' team 1-0. Irener Moline was the sole scorer of the match.
When these two teams met last year in the Championships, MBHS girls came out victorious slaying the BWIC 2-1.
The only team to score on the MBHS girls this season was the Clement Howell High School (CHHS), which occurred in the semi-final match ending 2-1 in MBHS' favour. The third-place matchup saw the A. Louise Garland Thomas High School (ALGTHS) conquer the CHHS 3-1, securing the third place position.

The Inter-High Football Boys Championships commence this weekend!
Two teams will face off on Saturday, October 28, 2023, for the Inter-High School Football 2023/24 Boys Championships. These teams will be determined after the semi-finals on Friday, October 27th.
Least season, the Clement Howell High School were the champions with Elite High School in second, surrendering due to a forfeit. This season, neither of these teams has made it to the semifinals in a great upset.
In Semi-final Match 1, the TCIPS Comprehensive High School (TCIPS) will face off with Maranatha Academy (MA) at 2:45 p.m. Both TCIPS and MA are new entrants to the tournament having not competed last year. Their introduction has shaken the playing field for the previously established teams.
Following at 4:00 pm will be Semi-final Match 2, where last season's third-place team the HJ Robinson High School (HJRHS) will play the A. Louise Garland Thomas High School (ALGTHS).
For a brief overview of performance, TCIPS is currently at the top of the standings for Group B with four wins and no losses, with ALGTHS following behind with two wins, one draw and one loss. In Group A, HJRHS is number one with three wins, and one loss and Maranatha Academy also follows with the same numbers of wins and losses. It will be an exciting Championship to behold as fresh faces tackle the field.

Alumni, fans and students can purchase tickets at the National Stadium booth, $5 for adults and $3 for children. The third place and Championship game will also be streamed on the TCI Sports Commission Facebook page and YouTube channel.
